eddies: Do you have a ticket for me?05:08
<eddies>one sec05:09
<pivotal-bot>feature: Update fcrepo-fixity service to use new RDF responses (unstarted) / owner: Frank Asseg
<fasseg>heh no worries I should clean up my desk anyway ;)05:10
ah ok
<eddies>fasseg: do you have any experience w/ oauth?
<fasseg>not really05:11
Are all the fixity endpoints already producing rdf? then ill scope this as a 2 pointer?
<eddies>ok. well, i think adam's getting a bit stuck w/ the oauth ticket, so if you had some experience, then i'd get you to help him. otherwise, probably not worth it
yes, already producing rdf
see for example: http://fcrepo4.fcrepo.org/fcrepo/rest/objects/foo123/ds1/fcr:fixity05:12

<fasseg>cbeer, eddies: Is there a way to fetch the pids of all objects w/o getting the whole repo graph? Or should I just use fcr:search to discover the pids?10:16
<eddies>fasseg: other than search, not sure10:17
<fasseg>empty search -> nullpointer ;)10:18
<eddies>fasseg: no standup on hangouts today. just email in your report to ff-internal10:22
<fasseg>oh ok..its memorial day or sth?
<fasseg>so ill just finish my task and then report on ff-internal, or should the report be on at 11 est?10:23
<eddies>just report before the end of your day is fine10:31
<fasseg>kk..and do you know if there's an example/test for a SPARQL query, I can't find anything, and I am unable to create one myself...10:33
sth like this should work..right? http://fcrepo4.fcrepo.org/fcrepo/rest/fcr:search?q=SELECT ?res WHERE { ?res <fedora-internal:mixinTypes> "fedora-object" }10:36
sth like this does nothing for me: http://fcrepo4.fcrepo.org/fcrepo/rest/fcr:search?q=SELECT%20%3Fres%20WHERE%20%7B%20%3Fres%20%3Cinfo%3Afedora%2Ffedora-system%3Adef%2Finternal%23mixinTypes%3E%20%22fedora-object%22%20%7D10:41
yeah I can see now that FedoraFieldSearch is just creating a query using the "q" url param for the where clause of a query10:44
but there's no arbitrary queries in FieldSearch atm it seems to me

[fcrepo-kitchen-sink] eddies pushed 1 new commit to master: http://git.io/k_9b_Q
fcrepo-kitchen-sink/master fad4eff Edwin Shin: Updates WebDAV support. Currently supports folder (Fedora Object) creation and reads....
* github-ff leaves
<eddies>fasseg: there's no sparql query support
<eddies>you have to use one of the supported jcr query languages
e.g. jql2
there should be integration tests for search...11:08
<fasseg>are these exposed via fedora endpoints or via the modeshape API?11:13
<bljenkins>Project fcrepo-kitchen-sink build #329: SUCCESS in 6 min 3 sec: http://ci.projectblacklight.org/jenkins/job/fcrepo-kitchen-sink/329/
<eddies>via fcr:search11:17
<fasseg>ok so just supply a fragment to fcr:search not a whole query?11:19
since inside fieldsearch it'll be treated as a where clause only as far as i've seen
<eddies>i don't know any more than you do. i haven't done more than glance at that code11:20
aren't there tests for you to refer to?
<fasseg>there are two methods in there, but both just do a "?q=testobj"11:24
im a bit concerned that it's that hard for me to get that kind of info from the rdf api11:31
